Gladdermailchen: a pastry cookbook, designed by a mother, for children and adults - June 2015

With her cookbook, the mother of an autistic child invites us to discover a new cooking concept, aimed at children as well as adults, with or without a disability

This mother of an autistic child had an original idea: create easy recipes so that she could share her passion for cooking with her child. Therefore, her book, which contains 36 recipes, comes with 4 flexible cups. These cups have different colours and sizes, so that any child can easily and playfully measure the right proportions for each pastry, rather than weighing all the ingredients. The book is fully illustrated and all recipes are written in 3 languages (French, German and Luxembourgish). The cookbook is easy to use for children, but also very practical for adults, who don’t have time to cook or even want to learn a new language.

Gladdermailchen  pastry Cookbook: 27.50€
