# Inclusion policies

		
The UN Convention on the Rights of persons with disabilities (CRPD) is the first enforceable legal instrument that specifically concerns the rights of people with disabilities as regards their human rights.

On entry into force of the law of 28 July 2011, whereby the Luxembourg Government approved the CRPD and its additional protocol, the Luxembourg State undertook to respect the provisions of the Convention and ensure that they were applied.

The general objective is inclusion. An integrative system aspires to insertion of « problematic cases ». On the other hand, an inclusive system means no one is left out but accepts each individual for who he/she is. But such a system can only make sense if our environment is adapted beforehand to the needs of each and every person
