The Munshausen site was the first to open its doors, in 2002, and hosts the following activities:

- Accommodation and short-term stays
- Day-time activity service and summertime activities
- Holiday camps and leisure activities
- Administrative assistance to families
- In-house training
- Administration relating to the above mentioned activities
