Wellness für die Seele

Using different methods (body expression, meditation, creative expression, relaxation, dance,...), we try to focus for 2 hours solely on our current needs and feelings.


The aim is to do something good for ourselves, to focus on our personal needs and to (re-)find ourselves. We try to let go of pressures and live in the moment as it is.
